Exhibit Sales Will Be Open to Everyone on December 18*

*Priority selection is given to 2024 exhibitors prior to December 18. On December 18, the exhibit sales platform will be available to all prior exhibitors and others.
We appreciate your patience as we finalized the details of the upgraded Exhibit Sales platform. The Expo Hall is located in the California Ballroom at the Marriott Santa Clara, 2700 Mission Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
If you want to review the floor plan prior to clicking into the online sales form, click the Expo Map button below. You will be able to hover over the sold booths (red) to learn who the exhibitors are.
Please Note: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booths. If you pay by credit card, you will have access to the Exhibitor Service Center to complete your company profile. If you select payment by check, your booth space will be held but you will not have access to the Exhibitor Service Center until we receive the check and post it to your profile.
In 2023 we implemented a corporate membership category ($250 annually; it is effective through June 30, 2025). View the booth pricing below with corporate member or nonmember rates. Scroll a bit further to review the corporate member benefits. To save at least $100 on each booth purchased, invest in the corporate membership at $250.
