Hotel Reservations

All program events will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center. CAAEYC has negotiated a group rate at two hotels: Hotel Dena (adjacent to the Pasadena Convention Center) and Hilton Pasadena (a 10-minute walk to the Pasadena Convention Center). Hotel addresses and respective rates are listed below. The reservation links are now available.

Important Note: the Hotel Dena is sold out and more rooms cannot be added to the room block. The Hilton may have availability depending on the dates of your stay. We are paying close attention to available hotel rooms.

$239/night, single/double (the rate does not include taxes, fees or parking). Discounted overnight self-parking is $30 per car per day with in and out privileges. Day use parking is $15 -- no in and out privileges. Both parking rates are subject to change. The reservation cut-off date is Monday, March 23, 2026. The discounted group rate applies (based on availability) April 22, 2026 through April 26, 2026.

If you are unsure about your attendance, we recommend making your reservation early to ensure you have access to the nights you need at the group rate. You can always cancel 72 hours in advance of your arrival date without penalty. If you book your reservation through a third party – not directly through the hotel (either using the link provided or calling directly) – we will not be able to help with any adjustments to your reservation.

The discounted group rate applies (based on availability) April 22, 2026 through April 26, 2026.
