2027 Registration Fee Schedule

Review fee schedule below to determine what rates are applicable for Attendee registration. Presenters and exhibitors will register through their own separate service centers, when available.

The best registration pricing is the member rate. The discounted member registration applies to NAEYC/CAAEYC members.

In March 2025, NAEYC moved to a one tier membership -- meaning one membership category for all individuals. The fee is $72 per person. In addition, to receive the member discount, you must provide your valid email address that you have on file with NAEYC. As an NAEYC/CAAEYC member, you save at least $100 on registration. If you are not a member and want to become a member to receive the registration discount, start here to join or renew your membership.

Important: Our registration system is not linked to NAEYC's membership system. We import members regularly. However, if you recently joined, please send a copy of your digital membership card to us at info@caeyc.org. We will add you to the system and you can register at the member rate.

Attendee Registration Live | Super Bird Rates Available Until December 22

The best registration rates are available until December 22. If you are an NAEYC/CAAEYC member, the rates are discounted.

Important: there are two types of registrations that are steeply discounted, Presenter and Exhibitor Attendee. These two registration types may not be combined with any other registration discount. Important Information About Payment and Balance Due
Registrations must be paid in full by March 12, 2027. Any registration with a balance due on March 12, 2027 will not be guaranteed. This means that if your registration includes any meals, receptions or separately priced activities, those functions will not be guaranteed. To further clarify, and as an example, if a registration includes the lunch on Friday, and there is a balance due, we will not guarantee your lunch and will remove that meal from your profile. In addition, if you register after March 12, 2027, payment in full will be required at the time of registration. Please contact our staff team with any questions.
