Welcome to the 2025 Expo Hall!

**Important**
There are individuals and companies misrepresenting themselves as staff or agents on behalf of CAAEYC -- in particular, they are attempting to sell you an attendee list. We have not contracted with any such vendor. Do not engage with them. You will only receive messages from our staff team: Deidre Bryant or Brandie Delaney and the email address includes the domain @caeyc.org. If you receive a message and are unsure, please forward to us at: info@caeyc.org. We contract with American Exposition Services (AES) for drayage and exhibitor services. We provide them with your contact information and give permission for them to contact you directly.

The Expo Hall is located in the California Ballroom at the Marriott Santa Clara, 2700 Mission Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

If you want to review the floor plan prior to clicking into the online sales form, click the Expo Map button below. You will be able to hover over the sold booths (red) to learn who the exhibitors are.

Please Note: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booths. If you pay by credit card, you will have access to the Exhibitor Service Center to complete your company profile. If you select payment by check, your booth space will be held but you will not have access to the Exhibitor Service Center until we receive the check and post it to your profile.

In 2023 we implemented a corporate membership category ($250 annually; it is effective through June 30, 2025). View the booth pricing below with corporate member or nonmember rates. Scroll a bit further to review the corporate member benefits. To save at least $100 on each booth purchased, invest in the corporate membership at $250.
